Baden Sports 90-Day Ball and Accessory Warranty

At Baden Sports, we stand behind our products with a 90-day warranty on most balls and accessories. However, due to the nature of the sport, baseballs and softballs are not covered.

If you believe your item is defective, please reach out, but gameplay wear and tear is not eligible for warranty.

Backyard Games Warranty

• Baden Backyard Games purchased directly from Baden Sports are covered by a lifetime warranty.
• Products purchased from other retailers come with a 1-year warranty.
• For specific product warranty details, see the table below.

Warranty Eligibility Requirements
This warranty is valid only if:

1. The product remains with the original purchaser and proof of purchase from badensports.com is provided.
2. The product has not been misused, abused, or altered.
3. The date code on the product is legible and not removed.
4. Claims are made within the specified warranty period.

Return Instructions for Defective Products
To initiate a return for a defective product:

1. Complete the form below to submit a return request. Photos are required for all warranty claims.
2. Customer Service will respond within 48 hours. A Return Authorization (RA) may be issued if further inspection is necessary.
3. Do not return the product until you receive an RA Number, if requested.
4. Allow up to 10 business days for a replacement.
